Eggs are an important part of fishing. Most fish lay eggs, as do the Aquatic Insects and crustaceans upon which the fish feed. The number of eggs laid, the quality of the water and environment, the percentage of healthy hatching and overall Recruitment are what determines the quality of any given fishery.
